Description
HO U50 Locomotive with DCC and Sound, Union Pacific 47. This HO-scale Union Pacific U50 dual-prime-mover locomotive replica is ready to run, delivering authentic power and sound with a built-in DCC decoder and SoundTraxx Tsunami2 to reproduce engine, horn, and bell effects.
Details include illuminated truck, classification, and number-board lights; see-through air intakes; and MU hoses for a true-scale UP look. The model rides on a heavy die-cast frame with RP25 wheels and body-mounted scale knuckle couplers for smooth, reliable operation, while four cube speakers provide robust onboard sound. It supports full DCC functionality in DCC mode, can operate on DC, and includes a 21-pin NEM connector for easy decoder upgrades. Finely painted and printed for prototype accuracy, the model is fully assembled and securely packaged for storage when not in use.
