Designed for authentic operation, it features separately applied brake wheel, wireform safety handrails, and body-mounted McHenry operating scale knuckle couplers, with a weighted underframe for stable running. Machined metal wheels with RP25 contours roll on a highly detailed injection-molded body, and the car is offered in road-number variations 82532, 82534, 83492, and 83496 to create varied consists. It works smoothly on HO layouts with a minimum 15-inch radius, helping maintain reliable operation on common track plans.
