One of the most important adjustments on an RC vehicle is droop. JConcepts set out to have a versatile, yet accurate system to add to the lineup. Spencer Rivkin was heavily involved in this project pushing the idea through as a needed accessory from the JC team. Going back to his days working with mentor Brian Kinwald, Spencer was taught the method of adjusting droop as a measurement at the axle height relative to the bottom of the chassis. The blocks are built at 36mm in height for 1:8th off-road racing, and 30mm available by rotating the block 90 degrees for 1:10th scale racing.
The all-aluminum machined blocks stand tall, lightweight, and flashy and fit into the larger compartments in a racer toolbox like JConcepts 5130-28. The black anodized item is highlighted with an attached blue anodized piece, laser etched and marked for height convenience. Match the JConcepts 5019 droop blocks with 5018 gauge for the best setting process in the game. The setup and tuning items are custom designed, labeled for authenticity and go together perfectly with the JConcepts 2103 setting board. gojconcepts
