The partial LeMoyne star blocks that adorn the corners of this 24″ St Nicholas panel and fabric collection from Northcott give this design a “wintery”, crystal frost look. Finished size is 49″ x 68″, and skill level is intermediate. Kit includes pattern, panel and fabric for quilt top.
